Cultivating Authentic Leadership Conference: Conversations that Matter Do you want to attract, nourish and retain diverse talent by creating cultures of belonging and inclusion? We are all leaders and have the ability to support and drive change. We continue to operate with an “us vs. them” mentality despite the fact that we know this does not create inclusion. Therefore this is a time to come together to have a shared understanding and start dismantling silos and integrating Equity, Diversity and Inclusion practices into everyday ways of being. Join the conversation with 20 diverse speakers from across Canada who are experts in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Communications and/or Building Community. Open to ANYONE wanting to create more INCLUSIVE SPACES with their organization, team and/or the communities they serve. WHY: It is important for “all” of us to come together to create transformational changes in our community. WHAT: During this two day immersive learning conference we will identify ways to be comfortable in “tension” and how to build our inner confidence to support change.
